This delicious wholewheat tagliatelle is made from Sicilian high-quality durum wheat. It’s traditional processing means it has a homemade, hearty texture, perfect for cosy mid-week meals. To cook, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and add in the wholewheat tagliatelle. Once soft, drain the water and add to your choice of sauce. Tagliatelle is often eaten with tomato-based sauces or as part of an easy pesto pasta dish.
