Everyone loves popcorn! It’s the perfect movie snack, it’s relatively low in fat (compared to crisps) and is super-easy to make. To cook this popping corn, simply heat up a deep, heavy pan and add a tablespoon of oil. Add around 100 grams of popcorn and put the lid on — tight! You’ll need about 3 – 4 minutes cooking time, but to be sure, listen out until all the corns stop popping. Next, remove the popped corn from the pan and cover in butter, sugar or a light dusting of salt. Enjoy!
