These organic white vermicelli are a type of noodle produced in Italy. LA BIO uses traditional drying methods to preserve the nutrients and mouth-watering aromas that makes white vermicelli smell so good. To cook, add to boiling water, sprinkle in a little salt and allow to simmer for around 7 – 10 minutes. White vermicelli goes well in soups and cold in salads.
