This ancient wheat has been cultivated for centuries. The grain is absolutely brimming with nutrients and healthy carbs so goes well as part of a balanced diet. Spelt grain is a great accompaniment to lots of veggie dishes. To cook, you’ll need 1-part grain to every 3 of boiling water. Make sure to cook for around 45 minutes until the grain has softened as is ready for eating.
