These raw coconut chips make a sweet and delicious addition to a variety of cakes and desserts. You can mix them into a tasty batter or sprinkle them on ice cream for some added crunch.

Coconut chips are also used in lots of Asian cooking including coconut curries and Pad Thai. And, if you love these chips that much, you can even incorporate into your breakfast muesli for a little variety!
