Handcrafted bread by local artisan bakers Coburn & Baker. Their delicious Multiseed Malt Grain Sourdough is made with skill and patience, with a slower fermentation giving the dough more time to prove. Using their own sour starter gives a moist and strong crumb, with a beautiful rich, dark crust and the unique Sourdough taste and aroma. The Multiseed Malt Grain Sourdough contains golden linseed, brown linseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and millet.
Coburn & Baker use whole malt grains, the freshest ingredients and locally milled flour. Your bread will be freshly baked on the day, it really must be tasted to be believed! Available in 400g and 800g loaf sizes. Bread will be packaged in paper, completely plastic free. 100% vegan.
