Organic White Jasmine Rice

This fragrant long-grain rice is the perfect accompaniment to most dishes. To cook perfectly, begin by rinsing in cold water before adding one cup of rice to two of water. Bring to the boil and wait for it to simmer for around 25 minutes or so. Once the water is all absorbed, fluff the white jasmine rice up with a fork, season and serve.
