Clearspring organic shoyu is a type of soy sauce made in Japan. This shoyu was made in the award-winning brewery in Sendai. It’s produced using a traditional recipe that uses organic whole soya beans, roasted wheat and cedarwood kegs. The result is a deliciously rich shoyu that can be used to flavour veggies, soups, sauces and dips.

Ingredients: Water, soya beans* (19%), wheat*, sea salt. *organically grown.
