O

These tiny yellow mustard seeds are slightly milder than the black variety, but that doesn’t mean they don’t still give a nice fiery kick! When cooked, they release a lovely earthy aroma that can be used in lots of Indian dishes. You can use them to make chutneys, relishes and sauces. To cook, sauté the yellow mustard seeds in a pan and let the seeds pop before adding in a mixture of spices like cumin, turmeric and coriander.
