This long grain white rice is a kitchen cupboard essential. It’s delicately flavoured and makes the perfect accompaniment to many dishes from all over the world. From curries to chilli con carne, stir-fry to egg fried rice, there are so many things you can do with this long grain white rice that you’ve got to keep some in the house at all times! To cook, you’ll need one cup of rice to every two of water. Rinse well and add to a pan of water. Bring to the boil before allowing to simmer for 20-30 minutes. Once the water is absorbed, you can serve alongside a dish of your choice or season and eat as it!
