Milled from raw buckwheat, buckwheat flour is actually part of the rhubarb family. It has lots of uses in baking as it's low in gluten and has a gorgeous nutty flavour that’ll add depth to cakes and biscuits. It’s also naturally sweet, so is a great white flour alternative in pancakes and scones. Please note this product is packaged in a paper bag for food safety reasons.
